1. International Shipping
Hibbah Fashion Store offers worldwide shipping. All international orders are shipped from UAE.

2. Delivery Time

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days
    Delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, and size.

  • Final shipping charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

5. Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is required for all international orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Hibbah Fashion Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

7. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

  • If an order is returned due to customs issues, incorrect address, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of parcel delivery.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
